Boise Idaho Real Estate Trends | March 2012
With the Boise real estate market well into its second quarter for sales, the first quarter of 2012 had a total of 789 sales. This is 60 (8%) more the total home sales in Boise for the same time period in 2011 and 169 (27%) higher than the first quarter total for 2010. And it appears it is not just resales driving this increase.
