Historically, weeks with holidays (such as Thanksgiving) tend to have slower real estate activity. Compared to last year, pending homes for sale in Boise are about half of what they were last year.
Homes for sale in the Boise area continued to decrease in all categories (new, under construction, and resale).
Months of inventory grew in all categories due to the low pending activity.
For Ada County (Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Star, Garden City) between 11/22/22 to 11/27/22 there were:
- 90 pending homes (31 new; 59 resale)
- 1741 home for sale (557 new; 231 under construction; 953 resale)
- 4.5 months of inventory (5.9 new; 3.8 resale)
30 year fixed rate 6.5% (6.731% APR) on 11/30/22 – ICCU.
